Shipping
- All orders are sent via Deutsche Post or DHL.
- Postage rates for orders are determined by delivery address and the estimated weight of the order (merchandise and packaging).
- Once you have items in your cart, you can “view cart” and “calculate shipping”, and the shipping price and method for you order will be displayed.
- Orders are normally shipped within one business day.
- Shipping time for orders to Germany is normally 2 days.
- Shipping time for orders to most other countries (e.g., USA, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Japan) is normally 5 to 10 days.
